The grinding effect of the three roll mill is achieved by the mutual extrusion of the surfaces of the three horizontal rollers and the friction at different speeds. The structure of the three roller grinders is very simple. It is mainly installed on the iron frame through three rollers, and its center is guaranteed to be in a straight line. Whether it is installed horizontally or slightly inclined, the grinding work can be carried out very well.
In general, our rollers can be hollow or water-cooled. The material is then added between the middle and rear rolls. Due to the different rotation directions of the three rollers (the rotation speed increases sequentially from the back to the front), the grinding effect is good. Since the different grinding effects of the three roll mill are achieved by adjusting different rotational speeds, the adjustment of the rotational speed needs to meet certain conditions.
1. Check the position of each component and whether the locking is normal, fill in the oil according to the figure, and turn on the power.
2. Adjust the left and right handwheels before and after, and observe whether the rolling connection is normal;
3. Remove the dirt on the surface of the drum: wipe with soft paper or clean cotton yarn, loosen the baffle and pinch your hand.
4. Adjust the gap between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller by 0.5 mm, and then start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes.
