Working principle of a laboratory three roll mill

The speed of the front roller is fast, and the speed of the rear roller is slow. We often define the roller axis by fast, medium, and slow rollers. The intermediate roller shaft is fixed on the machine body, and the fast and slow roller shafts are installed on the slideway. The body of the three roll mill is equipped with a spring device, and the distance between the fast and slow rollers and the middle roller is adjusted by a hand wheel or controlled by PLC. The material is squeezed into the surface between the fast roller and the middle roller so that the particles are refined, and finally, flow out through the discharge port. A scraper is installed at the end of the three roller mill to separate the material from the body and drop it. into the collection bucket.
