After more than 20 years of research by FRANLI, the new basket mill is equipped with a basket at the lower part of the main shaft, which contains 1.5mm glass beads, and a stirring knife at the bottom. The main shaft and the basket can be freely raised and lowered by the hydraulic piston of the machine column. The basket mill and the disperser are equipped with a special mixing barrel. The barrel and the bottom of the mixing barrel are jacketed with cooling water. The cold water enters from the lower part and flows out from the upper part. The bottom of the barrel is equipped with a discharge valve.

Basket mill installation and maintenance
(1) First of all, the base of the basket mill needs to be installed on a flat and solid foundation. The installation location should take into account the electrical wiring, operation, maintenance and maintenance, ventilation, and other conditions.
(2) The mixing shaft and column of the basket mill need to be regularly filled with lubricating oil. Use an oil gun to add oil to the center part of an oil filling hole at the top of the column, usually once per shift. The transmission V-belt is checked irregularly. Motors and electrical cabinets should be regularly cleaned of dust.
Basket mill commissioning steps
(1) Do the preparations before the test machine, check whether the installation of each component is firm, whether the main shaft is turned correctly, and whether the lifting is flexible. Add grinding medium to the grinding basket, and use the new grinding medium to screen to remove impurities and broken particles. The filling amount of the medium is 2/3-3/4 of the volume of the basket, and it should be adjusted according to the viscosity of the material. After the items are correct, the material can be put into trial operation and it can work normally. The spindle speed should be selected according to the viscosity of the material. If the viscosity is high, the speed will decrease, and vice versa.
(2) After the work, the grinding basket should be cleaned to facilitate the next work. During cleaning, it should be rotated intermittently, because the wear of the disperser and the grinding medium increases when there is no material.
